Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by StreeteX Shipping, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

2. Scope of Services

StreeteX Shipping provides courier and logistics services including:

  • Air and sea freight shipping from Florida, USA to Montego Bay, Jamaica

  • Warehousing, package handling, and consolidation services

  • Round-town delivery services within the Montego Bay community

  • Optional assisted online shopping or purchasing support where applicable

  • Delivery coordination through third-party courier partners when necessary

Services may be adjusted, suspended, or modified at the company’s discretion.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments depart from Florida to Montego Bay approximately three (3) times weekly via air or sea freight. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Service Areas

Primary service coverage includes:

  • Montego Bay and surrounding St. James communities

  • Local round-town delivery within the Montego Bay region

Delivery outside this area may be facilitated through third-party courier services at the customer’s expense.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s risk.

StreeteX Shipping assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or shipment errors. Responsibility begins once packages are received at our Florida warehouse and ends upon delivery, customer pickup, or transfer to third-party carriers.

The company is not responsible for:

  • Vendor or retailer errors

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Packages lost before arrival at our warehouse

  • Customs delays, inspections, or seizures

  • Actions or delays caused by third-party carriers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

StreeteX Shipping is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging by vendors or senders.

Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, or breakables are shipped strictly at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging quality.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers must comply with all applicable shipping laws and regulations.

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Prohibited items may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without compensation.

8. Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, and government fees. StreeteX Shipping is not liable for customs-related delays, inspections, fines, or seizures.

9. Payments

All shipping and service charges must be paid in full prior to delivery or release of packages.

Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins unless otherwise stated.

10. Storage Fees

Packages remaining uncollected for more than ten (10) days after customer notification will incur storage fees of JMD $150 per day.

Packages left uncollected for extended periods may be disposed of, auctioned, or donated to recover storage and administrative costs. Outstanding balances remain the customer’s responsibility.

11. Loyalty Points Program

Customers earn one (1) reward point per dollar spent on eligible shipping services.

  • 1,000 points = JMD $10 store credit toward future shipments.

  • Points have no cash value and may be subject to expiration or program changes.

12. Referral Rewards Program

Customers who refer new clients may receive:

  • JMD $100 store credit once the referred customer accumulates shipments totaling JMD $3,350 or more.

Referral credits are applied toward future shipping services only and are non-transferable and non-cash redeemable.

13. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package pickup or delivery notification.

Supporting documentation (photos, invoices, etc.) may be required. WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute formal claims unless explicitly accepted.

14. Cancellations

Service cancellations must be requested prior to shipment processing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service.

StreeteX Shipping reserves the right to cancel or refuse services at its discretion.

15. Amendments

StreeteX Shipping reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective once published.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between StreeteX Shipping and the customer regarding the use of its services.
